I've noticed that many of my stakeholders struggle with formulating comprehensive briefs due to their limited understanding of design principles. To address this challenge, I developed an e-learning course that includes real-life examples. This course was created through close collaboration with Shopee's Learning and Development team. As a result, it is now accessible to all employees through the e-learning portal.
